Maya Sabra celebrates her 1st B-day!
We adopted our beautiful power pack Maya Sabra ( loving memory) of our beloved GSD Sabra @ 10 mo. after waiting 2 mo after we returned from our Chgo trip to bring her home. Her breeder was the owner of our beloved Sabra ( RIP) father. Maya was originally bought as a show dog & then returned to the breeder & thankfully to us for her forever home. She is very gentle w/ so much puppy energy. We call her our power pack & love her very much!!!

I raised Police K-9 Police dogs at one time. I owned a German Shepherd that could have been a twin to this one. Her name was, (R.I.P.), Hi-dee Princess Dopefinder. She was my soul mate in the animal world. Thank you for bringing back those good memories of this pet.

Onde encontrei a minha família
I was in 3 places before I came to my new family and forever home. I was supposed to be a show dog but my family couldn't wait for my ears to come up so they sent me back to my breeder who wanted me to go to a good home. My Mom & Dad knew my breeder for many years. She owned my namesake Sabra's father who they had since a puppy for 12 yrs. Guess I needed a family to give me love and they had lots of love to give!
Meu primeiro dia com eles
I traveled 5 hours w/ my Mom & Dad and new sister Tina to get to my new home. I was very tired when I got to my new home. I was very curious and sniffed everything around my new house and back yard. I stayed very close to my Mom because I was used to having a woman take care of me. I came to my new home right before Thanksgiving. I had to wait 2 months so I could get some more training and my Mom and dad waited until they got back from their trip.
